The Obligation to Endure
"The history of life on earth has been an interaction between living things and their surroundings." Carson explains how human activity alters nature. Humans have caused irreversible damage to the environment by using chemicals against nature. Carson explains that according to Dr.Elton, humans need basic knowledge of animal population and their relations with their surroundings. She also explains that their is information available but we don't use it to our advantage.
